Eligibility and Allocation

Overflow shall only accommodate up to a maximum of twenty (20) partners who will agree to a 2-year lock subscription of their investments for them to become part of the project.

The minimum amount a partner may invest is 500,000 PHP and can add to their investment in increments of 100,000 PHP.

The maximum amount a partner may invest is 2,000,000 PHP.

Interested partners will be sent a contract via email where they can sign and pledge their final investment subscription. Those accepted into the project will receive a signed copy back.

In the likely event that interested parties exceed the number of partner slots for the project [15], we will prioritize those who [1] have higher pledges and [2] those who have participated in our previously managed funds in ZFT [Trident and BCF].
