Investing in Overflow is a high-risk investment. Each partner represents and warrants that it has done its research and is knowledgeable of all the technicalities of having exposure in investing in the NFT space. The partners shall indemnify and hold Overflow's team free and harmless from any loss arising from uncontrollable, unexpected, and unforeseeable circumstances or risks such as but not limited to (a) a decrease in value of Treasury due to volatility of the fungible token prices; and (b) decrease in value of Treasury due to significant drop in the value of Blue-chip NFTs acquired due to scandals, fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) and other factors except when the loss is solely due to the negligence of the team.
